1) Sound wall update:  I have heard from Courtland's sales manager at Rolling Oaks in Springfield that VDOT has approved the new plans for the sound wall, but I do not know if we need additional approvals from Fairfax County.  If not, it seems that it should just be a matter of scheduling by Courtland and Shirley Contracting.

2) Courtland mowing and maintenance of common areas:  Courtland is responsible for mowing and maintenance of all of the common areas until the bond has been released.  The bond will not be released until the sound wall, activity court, and SWM pond are complete.

3) Requesting Fairfax County to install a "No Outlet" sign at Center and Hurst streets.
